Extent and Type of Work Performed
Camacho designed the cafeteria to service a population of approximately 3,200 employees on this corporate campus. The server is a scrambled or free flow food court design, with efficient queuing systems to allow for fast service, while effectively merchandising fresh food offerings. The Servery contains distinctive areas including hot food/daily (themed) specials, grille, pasta and pizza, deli, soup and salad, dessert, and beverage. Pre-packaged cold sandwiches and salads will be offered utilizing display refrigerators. There are coffee kiosk carts set up in Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4 which is a very popular way of providing convenient foodservice access to employees in a decentralized campus setting.
